Dr. Meisel’s Philosophy on Health:
As human beings, we exist as part of a much larger context in which our wellbeing simultaneously both influences and is influenced by our surroundings. Such things as the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we drink, the behaviors we engage in, the interactions we have and the meanings which we derive from them all directly contribute to our health. It is when we become aware of these influences that we can make decisions that allow us to thrive in our life and contribute to a more life supporting environment.
